IT Project Coordinator

The IT Project Coordinator will support a major healthcare system's digital patient-experience platform by coordinating end-to-end implementation across new inpatient units and clinical environments. This includes the implementation of patient-facing tablets, hardware procurement and deployment, validating device readiness, documenting requirements and timelines, and partnering closely with nursing, desktop engineering, telecom, and operations. The coordinator will train clinical teams, communicate the platform's value, and ensure smooth go-lives with high quality standards. The position requires strong organization, communication, and technical implementation skills, with an onsite presence across multiple hospital locations four days per week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr.
