Duration: 23 Month extension possible based on needs and performance

Minimum Salary: $70.00 Per Hourly
Maximum Salary: $80.00 Per Hourly

Project Manager III

Location: Kennett Square, PA (Local candidates preferred)

Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite/week)

Travel: Approximately once per month - Travelling will be required for 25% of time to states like TX, CA, MA

Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support the integration. This role will lead enterprise-wide projects focused on physical security systems, access control, regulatory compliance, and operational integration across multiple locations.
• The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing large-scale integration, merger, or transformation projects and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project activities supporting the integration program.
• Manage multiple project workstreams across various business functions and locations.
• Oversee implementation and integration of:
  • Physical security systems
  • Access control platforms
  • Video surveillance systems
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and risk logs.
• Coordinate project execution across teams located in Texas, California, and other operational sites.
• Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Review technical documentation and conduct project walkthroughs.
• Ensure compliance with NERC CIP and other regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong Project Management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience managing:
  • Merger & acquisition integrations
  • Enterprise transformation programs
  • System migrations or large-scale implementations
• Knowledge of physical security systems, including:
  • Access control
  • Video surveillance
• Experience working within regulated environments and compliance frameworks such as NERC CIP.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Utility or Energy industry experience.
• Experience with CCURE 9000 access control systems.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or enterprise integrations.
• PMP Certification.
• Bachelor''s degree.
