We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate should have strong experience across the ServiceNow platform, architecture, integrations, customization, and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization, and development.
- Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or custom applications.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Understanding of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, security, and platform governance.
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
