Job Title Senior Epic BI Developer / Epic Cogito Developer
Location: Remote
Contract: 3 Months - C2H or FTE

• Design, develop, and maintain Epic reporting and analytics solutions utilizing the Epic Cogito suite
  Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, ETL processes, and enterprise reporting solutions
  Support Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, and SlicerDicer reporting environments
  Collaborate with operational, clinical, financial, and IT stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
  Optimize report performance, data integrity, and reporting workflows
  Troubleshoot reporting and data-related issues across Epic applications and downstream systems
  Participate in analytics strategy, reporting governance, and data validation efforts
  Create dashboards and visualizations to support operational and executive decision-making
  Maintain documentation and support knowledge transfer initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Epic reporting and healthcare analytics experience
  Strong experience with Epic Cogito tools including:
  
  Clarity
  Caboodle
  Reporting Workbench
  Radar Dashboards
  SlicerDicer
  Advanced SQL development skills
  Experience with SSIS, ETL development, and data integration processes
  Strong understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and reporting structures
  Experience supporting large health systems or enterprise Epic environments
  Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  Preferred Qualifications:
  Epic Cogito certification(s)
  Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI visualization tools
  Experience supporting Epic optimization or post-implementation initiatives
  Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics, financial analytics, or population health reporting
  Experience within multi-hospital or integrated delivery network environments
