Summary

Job Summary

The client is seeking a Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst to support data quality, field mapping, reporting, and modernization of the legacy Licensure and Regulation System (LARS). The role requires strong SQL, advanced Excel, data mapping, and data validation experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, validate, and document data fields in the legacy LARS system.
  • Develop and maintain data mapping documents and data dictionaries.
  • Analyze field relationships, dependencies, and usage across reports, APIs, and extracts.
  • Perform SQL-based data profiling, validation, and integrity checks.
  • Identify data discrepancies, quality issues, and systemic risks.
  • Handle ServiceNow/help desk tickets for reporting and data requests.
  • Write SQL queries to generate accurate reports and data extracts.
  • Validate source-to-target mappings for system modernization.
  • Support data migration, testing, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders on data governance and modernization.

Required Skills

  • Advanced SQL: Queries, data profiling, validation, and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data modeling.
  • Data Mapping: Field mapping, source-to-target mapping, and data dictionaries.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Data validation, discrepancy analysis, and issue resolution.
  • Data Migration: Migration testing and data reconciliation.
  • Documentation: Technical documentation and mapping specifications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred/Relevant Experience

  • Legacy system modernization projects.
  • ServiceNow ticketing and reporting support.
  • Data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • API data feeds and reporting systems.
  • Vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
