Summary

About the Role:
Join a world-class engineering team focusing on next-generation RF hardware. You will lead the development of complex RF evaluation boards, owning the process from schematic entry and layout routing to simulation and final hardware bring-up.What You Will Do:

Design and optimize RF PCB layouts using Cadence Allegro.
Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) simulations using Ansys HFSS.
Lead hardware bring-up and debug issues to validate performance against design specs.
Conduct RF characterization using VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators.
Collaborate with RFIC Design teams to define board requirements and provide performance feedback.

Required Qualifications:

Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5+ years in RF PCB design and hardware development.
Software: Expert proficiency in Cadence Allegro and Ansys HFSS (or equivalent).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of RF theory (S-parameters, matching networks) and PCB materials (Rogers, Megtron).
Lab Skills: Hands-on experience with high-speed probing and RF test equipment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Python/C# for test automation.
Knowledge of AI/ML for signal classification or data analysis.
Experience with wafer-level RF probe stations.
