Key responsibilities in your new role

  • TestDevelopment: Developwafer probe, final test production, and product characterization test solutionsfor digital power management products
  • Documentation: Define test requirements, createtest plans, and develop test methods
  • DesignCollaboration: Workwith design and development engineers to incorporate design-for-test (DFT)features into products to optimize quality and cost of testing
  • HardwareDesign: Design anddevelop test hardware using Cadence Allegro tools with pre-existing PCBtemplates and component libraries
  • ProgramDevelopment: Create,debug, validate, and release test programs integrated with test equipment andhardware following corporate standards
  • Optimization: Improve the quality and reduce thecost of test solutions through test method improvements and platform transfers

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Education: Graduating in the Spring of 2027 with a Bachelor's or Master'sdegree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
  • TestSystems Knowledge:Willing to learn production test solutions for mixed-signal ICs using automatedtest equipment (ATE) such as Teradyne ETS-364
  • EngineeringPrinciples:Understanding of analog/digital circuits, power devices, and high-speed signalintegrity
  • PCBTools: Eager to learnPCB design using tools like Cadence Allegro; experience in similar tools is aplus
  • ProgrammingSkills: Proficient inprogramming with C/C++ or VB for test system applications
  • Designfor Testability:Knowledge of design-for-test and manufacturability principles with the abilityto collaborate effectively with design and product teams
  • LabExperience: Hands-onexperience with bench electrical measurements using signal generators,oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
  • SoftSkills: Strongproblem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

Salary pay information:
LocationIndicative salary rangeLeominster, MA, United StatesWage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
US$75,000.00 - US$80,900.00

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
