Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior / Lead Oracle OLFM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Lease and Finance Management (OLFM) within Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

This role requires strong domain knowledge across leasing operations including contract authoring, pricing & streams, billing, investor funding, accounting flows, and full asset lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end OLFM solution design and serve as a trusted advisor to Finance and Operations stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OLFM solution design covering Contract Authoring, Pricing/Streams, Billing, Disbursements, Termination, Renewals, Investor Agreements & Pools.

• Configure Financial Products, stream templates, billing rules, SLA accounting, and AR/AP/FA integrations.

• Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and create detailed functional design documentation.

• Lead integration across Oracle AR (billing/receipts), AP (funding), GL (SLA → GL), and Oracle Assets.

• Oversee SIT/UAT testing cycles, validate accounting flows, and support go-live & hypercare.

• Act as a key functional lead guiding junior consultants and advising business stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of Oracle EBS experience.

• 5+ years hands-on OLFM experience.

• 2+ full-cycle OLFM implementations (at least one as Lead).

• Strong expertise in Operating, Direct Finance, Sales-Type Leases, and Loan accounting models.

• Deep experience with streams (rent, residual, principal, interest), pricing, vendor programs, prefunding/short-funding, and investor funding models.

• Proven experience in contract aging and financial tie-outs (Contract → AR → SLA/GL → FA).

• Strong knowledge of OLFM integration with AR/AP/GL/FA modules.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with securitization/syndication within OLFM.

• IFRS/GAAP lessor accounting knowledge.

• Exposure to Credit Management, EBTax, OM, or Inventory.
