Overview

We are seeking an experienced consulting professional with 10–12+ years of hands‐on experience in Regulatory Reporting, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), and Operational Resilience. The ideal candidate should bring strong domain knowledge, practical delivery experience, and familiarity with global regulatory frameworks. A background in Big 4 consulting or audit is preferred.

This role is suited for individuals who can independently manage workstreams, support senior leaders on large transformation engagements, and contribute to developing scalable solutions for global banking and financial services clients.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Delivery & Advisory Support

  • Support end‐to‐end execution of regulatory reporting and risk transformation engagements.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations on regulatory expectations, supervisory priorities, and industry leading practices.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of regulatory reporting frameworks, governance models, controls, and operating models.
  • Drive and manage workstreams across ERM, ORM, and Operational Resilience, including:
    • Risk taxonomy, RCSA, KRI, and loss event processes
    • Scenario analysis and stress testing
    • Business continuity management (BCM) and disaster recovery (DR) activities
    • Resilience processes such as impact tolerance, important business services, and mapping (people, process, technology, and third parties)
  • Support regulatory exams, remediation efforts, and interactions with regulatory bodies.

2. Practice Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with senior leaders and engagement managers to deliver high‐quality consulting outcomes.
  • Support proposal development, solution design, and client presentations.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge creation, frameworks, tools, and thought‐leadership initiatives.
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior consultants across onshore and offshore teams.

3. Governance, Quality & Project Management

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, compliance guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support resource planning, risk identification, and issue resolution within engagements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience

  • 10–12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, advisory, audit, or risk functions within the banking and financial services sector.
  • Prior experience with a Big 4 or similar consulting environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated involvement in large‐scale regulatory reporting or risk transformation projects.
  • Exposure to global regulatory regimes (e.g., US, UK, EU, APAC) and cross‐border engagements.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for banks and financial institutions.
  • Solid grounding in:
    • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
    • Operational Risk Management (ORM)
    • Operational Resilience practices and regulatory expectations
  • Good understanding of data, controls, and technology enablement in regulatory reporting and risk environments.

Education & Certifications (Preferred)

  • Bachelor''s degree required; Master''s degree preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as:
    • CPA / CA
    • CIA
    • CRISC, CISA
    • FRM / PRM

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and client‐facing abilities.
  • Ability to work with dual‐shore delivery teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to support business development activities.
    • Team leadership aptitude with willingness to mentor junior staff.
