A new start-up that develops autonomous AI agents to handle security incidents is hiring a Principal Backend Engineer. Their technology leverages LLM and RAG systems that function as virtual SOC Analysts, creating a platform where AI agents act as Security Analysts, Threat Intelligence Analysts, and Incident Responders. These agents are able to investigate issues, detect threats, and respond to incidents with minimal human involvement.
They are looking for a hands-on engineer to lead the design and implementation of backend systems and data architecture. In this role, you will work on API development and deployment, integrate AI backend systems, and deploy applications to manage microservices. You will also mentor senior engineers and help drive the technical direction of the team.
- Skills/tools preferred: Node, react, next.js, python, api development
- At least 8 years of experience
