We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, multi-disciplinary team environment. The BCBA will work closely with our clients, providing behavioral consultation and therapy services. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments of clients, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
3. Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
4. Collaborate with other professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
5. Provide parent training and support to help families implement behavior plans and skill programs at home.
6. Regularly review and analyze data to monitor the effectiveness of behavior plans and skill programs, making adjustments as necessary.
7. Prepare and deliver progress reports and treatment recommendations to families and funding sources.
8. Maintain client records in accordance with ethical, legal, and agency requirements.
9. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Must hold a current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral consulting, with a strong emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
3. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
5. Excellent skills in data analysis and report writing.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
7. Ability to supervise and train Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
8. Commitment to ethical practice and adherence to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes and/or other service delivery locations.
