Location: Boulder, Colorado
Schedule: Onsite, M-F
Pay Range: $130,000 - $160,000

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer, Manager to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
What\'s the Job?
\t- Lead manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality standards \t
- Manage cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives \t
- Develop and oversee production schedules to meet organizational goals \t
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards \t
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production issues
What\'s Needed?
\t- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or related leadership roles \t
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control \t
- Excellent communication and team management skills \t
\t\t- 8-12 direct reports \t
\t \t - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements \t
- Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
