Summary

Compri Consulting is seeking Helpdesk Technicians for a 5+ month contract for a domain migration project. Role will mostly be remote but candidates must be local and able to come onsite for occasional user support needs

Responsibilities will include:

Migrating Mac and PC laptops between AD domains
Perform backups of user data
Setup and maintain end-user devices including workstations, peripherals, etc. to support business growth and initiatives.
Configure wireless networking, printing, mapping network drives and other common connectivity configurations
Set-up AD accounts in Azure EntraID, including MFA
Providing excellent customer service to our users

Requirements:

Ability to follow defined processes and instructions
Strong background in end user computing to include support of endpoint infrastructure and peripherals.
1 or more years of relevant experience with setup, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS desktop/laptop hardware and software.
Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures and tools.
