Overview
- Serve as the primary point of contact across the full eDiscovery lifecycle for multiple, complex matters, providing expert consultation on technology, workflows, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Case strategy and consultation:
- Advise legal teams on technology options and defensible workflows for ECA, search, review, and production to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control.
- Translate legal/technical requirements into clear project plans across collection, processing, review, production, and trial support.
- Project execution and coordination:
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to meet discovery obligations and deadlines.
- Enforce ESI protocols and ensure incoming productions conform to specifications; identify deficiencies and direct remediation.
- Relativity/RelativityOne delivery:
- Build and manage workspaces, review sets, and batching; configure user roles, security, and review workflows.
- Construct, test, and optimize complex searches/queries; create QC workflows and defensible audit trails.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and case metrics; manage productions and privilege logs.
- Quality and governance:
- Apply standard operating procedures and ensure consistency across matters.
- Perform rigorous QC on processing, review, and production deliverables.
- Training and enablement:
- Train case teams and end users on platforms, workflows, and new features.
- Stay current on eDiscovery technologies and recommend process improvements.
- Leadership:
- May serve as senior case manager, delegating day-to-day tasks and mentoring junior case managers.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success managing simultaneous, complex eDiscovery matters with minimal supervision.
- Advanced expertise in Relativity or RelativityOne, including:
- Complex search construction and query logic.
- Batch creation, review workflow design, and QC frameworks.
- Reporting, metrics, and production management.
- Strong understanding of EDRM, ESI protocols/specifications, and defensible processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, communicate status and risks, and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Relativity or RelativityOne (e.g., RCA, RelativityOne Certified Pro).
- Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, and training curricula.
- Familiarity with analytics/AI-assisted review, early case assessment tools, and processing workflows.
- Experience supporting government/regulatory, investigations, or large-scale litigation.
