Business Analyst - SupplyChain (OTM, RMS)

·Candidates need to have Supply Chain experience (OTM - Oracle Transportation Management)
·Agile management & methodologies,
·Experience writing user stories and epics
·Experience using Jira and Confluence for managing user stories and epics
·Experience working in the following supply chain areas (OTM, RMS, Container loading tool)
·Will work with the Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation teams
· Work with the tech lead to make sure we get accurate estimates, and communicate with the client to describe the need. 
· Spend time in the DC with the manager and others to understand the needs and help craft solutions
·Serves as the liaison between the customer community and the software development team via clearly documented functional, system, and process requirements.
·Work with client/stakeholders to obtain requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, workflow analysis, and use cases.
·Evaluate information from multiple sources to develop an understanding of the client’s business requests and needs and translates them into application and operational requirements.
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to lead a project or group.
