Summary
Location: Houston, TX (4 days hybrid onsite)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Power BI Developer with strong expertise in SSIS and Azure Data Factory (ADF). This role involves designing scalable data solutions, developing advanced dashboards, and leading data integration and reporting initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards with complex data models and DAX
- Build and optimize ETL processes using SSIS
- Architect and manage data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and governance standards
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Optimize report performance and improve user experience
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, performance tuning)
- Extensive experience with SSIS and ETL frameworks
- Deep knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF)
- Strong SQL and database design skills
- Experience in data warehousing and reporting solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.)
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for BI solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
