Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Pay: $28–$29/hr (W2)
Type: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Schedule: Mon–Fri, business hours
Start: ASAP

Overview
We’re hiring an IT Support / Desktop Support Technician to provide hands on onsite support for clinical and office staff. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys fixing issues in real time, helping end users, and being the go to IT presence.

Strong potential to convert to full time.

What You’ll Do

Onsite desktop & IT support for staff
Troubleshoot PCs, printers, software, and connectivity
Support Windows workstations & peripherals
Assist with WiFi, switches, and basic networking
Stage and deploy equipment
Track IT assets and inventory
Support onboarding and golive events
Document fixes in a ticketing system

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years IT Support / Help Desk / Desktop Support experience
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Windows OS, hardware, printer support
Basic networking knowledge
Experience with ticketing systems
Comfortable working fully onsite
