ServiceNow Consultant (RC/VR/TPRM)

Overview:

• We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with experience in Vulnerability Response (VR) implementation experience and a proven background in ServiceNow consulting and implementations.
• This is a technical consulting role, not a Jr Developer or Administrator position, should have experience working in a consulting environment and delivering ServiceNow solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support ServiceNow implementations, with a strong focus on Vulnerability Response.
• Implement and configure the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response module and related Risk/SecOps capabilities.
• Work with CMDB, CIs, and CI relationships in support of Vulnerability Response and other ServiceNow modules.
• Translate client requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions and configurations.
• Collaborate with clients and technical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and consulting on ServiceNow solutions and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), with experience across Risk/SecOpsmodules and a strong understanding of CMDB and relationships as they relate to Vulnerabilities.
• Proven ServiceNow consulting experience with a consulting company.
• Active CSA, CAD, and at least one CIS certification (VR/RC/TPRM).
• Strong client-facing and technical consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIS certification in Vulnerability Response (VR), Risk & Compliance (RC), or Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
• ServiceNow CTA certification.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow Risk/SecOps modules.
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations in an enterprise consulting environment.
