Genesis10 is currently seeking a M365 Copilot Engineer for a contract position with a major financial services company located in Milwaukee, WI. (hybrid work schedule). This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour, W2. Description: This role will focus on enabling and integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot capabilities across collaboration platforms, building automation and integrations, and supporting the adoption of AI-powered productivity tools within the organization.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Graph API integrations, and Power Platform automation, along with strong scripting and troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities: - Support the enterprise rollout of Microsoft Copilot across the organization.
- Configure and operationalize Copilot capabilities across Microsoft 365 applications.
- Develop integrations between Copilot and enterprise systems using Microsoft Graph API.
- Build automation solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Develop scripts and automation tools using PowerShell and related technologies.
- Integrate APIs and services to enable Copilot-driven workflows and automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Copilot functionality, automation, and integrations.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure Copilot features are deployed securely and effectively.
- Assist with documentation, best practices, and adoption strategies for Copilot capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance around AI-driven productivity tools and enterprise automation.
Requirements: - Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Experience with Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio
- Prompt engineering experience for AI-driven workflows
- Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft Graph API
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - preferred
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell (preferred)
- Experience with API integration and automation
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
Desired skills: - Programming experience with C#
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing enterprise Copilot deployments
