Responsibilities:
As a Senior Oracle EPM EPBCS Techno-Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions, with a strong focus on EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service). This role requires a blend of functional expertise in financial planning and technical proficiency in Oracle EPM tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, especially EPBCS modules (Workforce, CapEx, Projects, Strategic Modeling).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and configure EPM applications including EPBCS, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, and Narrative Reporting.
- Develop and maintain EPM artifacts such as forms, dashboards, business rules, and calculation scripts.
- Perform data integrations using Data Management tools, REST APIs, and other ETL mechanisms.
- Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide post-go-live support.
- Mentor junior consultants and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, estimations, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM (Cloud and/or Hyperion).
- 2+ full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes and systems.
- Proficiency in EPBCS modules and related configuration.
- Experience with scripting (Groovy, Calculation Manager), integrations, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
