Pay Rate : $60 -$62/hr
We have an urgent need for a Principal Consultant based in Irving, TX - 75039, working in a hybrid model with partial onsite presence at the office. This role offers an opportunity to engage in high-impact enterprise initiatives while collaborating with global teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP S/4 FICO implementations, including solution evaluation, design, configuration, validation, and deployment. You will act as a key advisor in business process consulting, defining architecture and designing scalable financial solutions that integrate seamlessly with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, EWM, COPA, and New GL. The position requires strong client-facing engagement, the ability to lead complex solution discussions, and ownership of delivering high-quality outcomes across full lifecycle implementations. You will also work closely with offshore teams, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery while maintaining compliance with regulated industry standards such as GXP and SOX, particularly within life sciences or pharmaceutical domains.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting. A strong understanding of SAP S/4 Finance, reporting, and allocations is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot and enhance solutions using a blend of functional and technical knowledge, including ABAP. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams through complex challenges and effectively present solutions to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
