Summary

Job Title : SDET/QA Engineer Location: Cupertino, CA (On-site) Duration: 6 months (possibility of extension)
JD:
We are seeking a skilled SDET to join a team delivering software systems. You will contribute to test architecture, quality enforcement, and performance validation.

What You'll Do
  • Implement and maintain automated test frameworks for complex system integration scenarios
  • Contribute to the definition and enforcement of quality and performance standards
  • Build integration test harnesses that operate against proprietary interfaces
  • Assist in identifying bottlenecks across the full stack
  • Support quality gates and CI/CD pipeline integrations to enforce release readiness criteria
  • Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure testability requirements are met
  • Produce clear test plans, traceability matrices, and defect reports
  • Participate in root cause analysis on failures spanning system boundaries
What You Bring
Required:
  • 5+ years of SDET or QA engineering experience in complex system integration environments
  • Experience establishing and validating measurable quality standards
  • Proficiency in at least one systems-level language (C, C++, Rust) and one scripting language (Python, PowerShell)
  • Experience writing automated tests against unfamiliar or loosely documented interfaces
  • Ability to work eectively with limited context and high ambiguity
  • Clear written communication skills for producing technical documentation
