Summary

 

Capgemini’s Financial Services Global Business Unit is seeking a senior Client Partner to own, grow, and govern a large Capital Markets services portfolio for a Tier1 financial services client. This role requires demonstrated experience running complex accounts endtoend, including P&L ownership, delivery governance, and executivelevel client relationships.

This is a handson account ownership role, not a deliveryonly or salesonly position.


Key Responsibilities

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Own a multiyear Capital Markets services portfolio with responsibility for revenue, margin, and delivery outcomes
  • Drive incremental account growth ($20M+) through trustedadvisor positioning and expansion of existing programs
  • Develop and execute account strategy aligned to client business, regulatory, and technology priorities

Client & Executive Engagement

  • Serve as the primary executive sponsor for the account
  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with CIO, CTO, COO, and business leadership
  • Represent Capgemini in executive forums, governance meetings, and client events

Delivery Governance

  • Provide oversight across multiple programs and service lines
  • Ensure delivery quality, risk management, and financial discipline
  • Partner with internal delivery and solution teams to execute at scale

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in senior clientfacing roles within IT consulting and Financial Services
  • Proven experience owning large Capital Markets accounts endtoend, including P&L responsibility
  • Track record of growing complex services portfolios in Tier1 banking environments
  • Strong executive presence and ability to operate at CXO level
  • Deep understanding of Capital Markets and regulated financial services environments
  • Must be based in or near NYC and able to be onsite 5 days per week
