What You'll Do

Lead and Complete: Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and complete the execution of sophisticated technical projects, including global office build-outs, expansions, and relocations.

Global Collaboration: Work closely with collaborators across global locations, ensuring alignment with our PMO standards and navigating international dependencies and constraints.

Technical Expertise: Offer technical mentorship and assistance to global project teams, especially within the gaming sector and its regulatory environment.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges, remove obstacles, and ensure seamless coordination of technical activities across international sites.

Financial Stewardship: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and prioritize resources effectively to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including those outstanding to international operations and construction-related activities.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards through rigorous testing and adherence to global guidelines.

Clear Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and issues effectively to collaborators at all levels, adapting to diverse languages and cultural contexts.

Process Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of our project management processes, driving efficiency and innovation in global project delivery.

What We're Looking For

15+ years of program and project management experience within a formal PMO.

More than 5 years of experience directing global IT Operations projects and solutions, preferably in the gaming field (including property openings, office relocations, or new office builds).

Proven success in managing complex, multi-faceted projects with international dependencies.

Strong technical background in IT infrastructure projects (network build, server installations, telecommunications).

Proficiency in various project methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, SAFe).

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage virtual teams effectively.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills in a global context.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire diverse, international groups.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred (advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred).

PMI PMP and Agile certifications preferred.

Based in Las Vegas with the capacity to work flexible hours to support global time zones.

Pay Range
$103,250 - $191,750 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
