Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Functional Consultant with strong hands-on configuration expertise in SAP FI/CO modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with S/4HANA implementations and deep functional knowledge of financial processes.

This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design, configure, and implement SAP financial solutions that support enterprise business operations.

The consultant will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, performing system configuration, supporting month-end financial close processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on configuration in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules

• Configure FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA

• Configure CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA

• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes

• Configure company codes, exchange rates, substitutions, and validations

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Design and implement SAP financial solutions aligned with business needs

• Support integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP

• Troubleshoot system issues and identify root causes

• Work within an Agile product-driven environment

Required Skills

• 7+ years of SAP FICO configuration experience

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance

• Hands-on experience with:

  • FI-GL (General Ledger)

  • FI-AP (Accounts Payable)

  • FI-AR (Accounts Receivable)

  • FI-AA (Asset Accounting)

  • CO-PC (Product Costing)

  • CO-CCA (Cost Center Accounting)

  • CO-ML (Material Ledger)

  • CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)

• Experience supporting month-end close processes

• Experience working in multi-company code and multi-currency environments

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues

• Ability to read and debug ABAP code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple SAP S/4HANA implementations

• Knowledge of integration with SAP MM, SD, and Production modules

• Experience working in Agile development environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Education

• Bachelor s Degree required

• Master s Degree preferred
