job summary:

The role is responsible for helping to develop and deliver processes that will assist the organization accomplish a set of key goals focusing on transparency of where the workforce spend their time. Key responsibilities include data analysis, running data and process gathering and design sessions and developing material including process documentation, training and education material, as well as capturing business requirements for the successful development of management level operational dashboards.

Process Design and Documentation - Has experience with data gathering for organizational wide process design and contributed to the development of procedural documentation

Data Analysis - Has experience in performing large volume data analysis to develop thematic analytical output, as well as identifying correlation and trend information from the data, which can be used as foundation for transformational change

Data Models/Dashboards - Experience with constructing and sustaining data models and capturingand recording requirements for the development of operational dashboards

qualifications:

Collaborate with development teams to understand data requirements and ensure the data architecture is feasible to implement and subsequently implemented accurately.

Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional requirements.

Utilize processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, data quality controls, dependency and workload management.

Contribute to existing test suites (integration, regression, and performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause.

Collaborate with Project Management to document and communicate required information for deployment, maintenance, support, and business functionality.

Adhere to team delivery/release process and cadence pertaining to metric aggregation and presentation for executive communications

Identify gaps in data management standards adherence and work with appropriate partners to develop plans to close gaps.

Lead concept and experimentation testing and synthesize the results to validate and improve analytical solution.

Monitor key performance indicators and internal controls.

Experience with basic AI tools is a strong plus (GitHub CoPilot, CoPilot).

Has advanced experience with data technologies and aggregation from multiple sources.

Have advanced understanding of metadata and data lineage concepts, and the business domain.

Solution Design

Has contributed to defining requirements for data collection and presentation.

Test

Engineering

Proficient in designing, developing and executing test cases. Knowledge of Test Automation

and tools.

Dev Ops and Release Automation

Ability to perform or support continuous integration and deployment activities within their role.

Understands all roles and responsibilities within their team and uses the tool sets within the software lifecycle.

Stakeholder Management

Contributes to artifacts needed for governance forums; Understands stakeholder expectations and creates regular updates to keep stake holders informed.
