Job Overview:
Pay Range: $71.00hr - $76.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Recent 8 years of experience with Microsoft .NET/Azure development stack.
- 5 years of experience in Application Development.
- 2 years of experience as an Application Development Lead.
- Experience implementing, customizing, and supporting popular Government SaaS applications such as Accela and OpenGov.
- Deep experience with C#, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, Javascript, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
- Experience with Database Transactional and Decision Support languages.
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server including SSMS, SSAS, SSIS, and RS.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
- Deep experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of popular SDLC models, processes, deliverables, and applications.
- Deep conceptual grasp of popular design patterns for object-oriented software development.
- Experience with BI Reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Deep experience with Microsoft Development Platforms and tools including Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code.
- Local government experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable .NET applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
