We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Control Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Control Systems Engineer, you will be working on cutting-edge projects in the engineering industry. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex control systems. This is a permanent position that offers a challenging and rewarding work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and implement control systems to meet project requirements.
2. Utilize automation technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of control systems.
3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaborate with other engineers and professionals on project management and implementation.
5. Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
6. Maintain documentation of control systems and update as necessary.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
8. Train and mentor junior engineers and other team members.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in control systems engineering.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in automation and electrical controls.
4. Experience with Rockwell software or equivalent.
5. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Strong understanding of safety standards and regulations in the engineering industry.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. A continuous learner who stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
10. Ability to mentor and train junior engineers.
