We are seeking a senior Snowflake Platform Engineer/Admin with strong enterprise-level experience in Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and Python. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall IT experience and deep hands-on expertise managing and optimizing large-scale Snowflake environments.

Python scripting for automation and monitoring
Snowflake governance, security, authentication, network policies
Snowflake performance tuning and optimization
Snowflake features: clustering, cloning, virtual warehouses
End-to-end Snowflake platform monitoring automation
SQL, PL/SQL
Shell scripting
Partitioning strategies
Backup and recovery strategies
Experience migrating from Netezza to Snowflake

Responsibilities

Administer and secure enterprise Snowflake environments
Implement governance, authentication, and access controls
Optimize Snowflake performance and warehouse utilization
Automate CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Develop Python-based automation for monitoring and platform management
Support Databricks integrations
Lead Snowflake migration and modernization initiatives
Design backup, recovery, and partitioning strategies
