Role Title: Project Manager - SEC & REG Reporting

Preferred Location: Remote with travel as needed to NY

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Project Manager to lead and deliver complex initiatives focused on SEC and Regulatory Reporting within a financial services environment. This role requires a strong leader who can proactively drive outcomes, manage senior stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of regulatory and financial reporting programs.

What You''ll Do:

• Own and drive delivery of regulatory and SEC reporting initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and meet critical deadlines
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, and governance frameworks to support execution
• Partner with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to align priorities and manage dependencies
• Lead stakeholder meetings, working sessions, and steering committees to drive decisions and maintain momentum
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively removing roadblocks to keep projects moving forward
• Provide clear, concise status reporting and communication to leadership and stakeholders
• Establish accountability across teams and ensure focus on outcomes, not just activity

Requirements:

• Experience in banking or financial services, with exposure to SEC reporting, regulatory reporting call reports, 9C, Basel, etc.). Ideally also with Axiom experience, or financial reporting processes
• Strong ability to drive projects end-to-end and deliver results
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies
• Solid planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, and MS Office
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications preferred
• Background in regulatory or finance transformation programs preferred

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor''s degree and a minimum of 3 years'' work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years'' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years'' work experience
