Summary

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.

Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.

Develop RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.

Implement microservices architecture and containerized deployments.

Work with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.

Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product teams.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java 8/11/17

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Spring MVC

Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation)

Experience in building Microservices architecture

Knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes

Experience with REST APIs & JSON

Database experience: MySQL / PostgreSQL / DynamoDB

Version control: Git

Good understanding of security and performance optimization

Preferred Skills

Experience with messaging services like Kafka or AWS SQS

Knowledge of Terraform

Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

Exposure to monitoring tools like Prometheus or ELK
