Summary

SGA is seeking a Senior End User Computing Analyst (Windows 365 Cloud PC) for a Right-to-Hire Contractor assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in New York City. This is a 100% onsite position -- five days per week.
This role will play a critical part in supporting the firm's Windows 365 Cloud PC pilot and enterprise rollout initiative while providing high-touch support to front-office and other business users. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted face of IT, supporting Cloud PC deployments, onboarding users, troubleshooting issues (traditional desktop and Cloud PC), and ensuring an exceptional end-user experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills with outstanding customer service, communication, accountability, and follow-through.
Approximate work breakdown - will vary based on Cloud PC rollout schedule
  • 50-60% Cloud PC deployment and user support
  • 40-50% Traditional senior desktop support / executive support / workplace technology support.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Windows 365 Cloud PC pilot, deployment, and rollout initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding users to Cloud PC environments and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot Cloud PC, desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Provide advanced Level 2 desktop support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, conferencing technologies, and workplace technology issues across a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Provide white-glove support to business users, executives, and front-office personnel.
  • Serve as a senior Level 2 escalation point for complex end-user technology issues.
  • Own support issues from initial intake through final resolution and user follow-up.
  • Support multiple Cloud PC delivery models, including corporate devices, dedicated endpoints, and BYOD solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities related to Cloud PC initiatives.
  • Support workstation deployments, technology rollouts, user migrations, and office move activities.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge articles related to support processes and deployments.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours or weekend activities when required.
Required Skills:
  • 7+ years of desktop support, end user computing, workplace technology, or IT support experience.
  • Strong Level 2 troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, hardware, software, peripheral devices, and end-user technology issues.
  • Experience supporting executive, VIP, or front-office users.
  • Experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mentality with proven follow-through and accountability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
  • Recent experience in a highly regulated and large enterprise environment
Preferred Skills:
  • Windows 365 Cloud PC experience.
  • Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Citrix, VMware Horizon, or VDI experience.
  • Financial services experience.
  • Office relocation and technology deployment experience.
  • BYOD support experience.
  • Windows 11 deployment experience.
