Required Skills:

Experience in Salesforce declarative environment (Flows, Validation, Process Builder)
Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, layouts, security)
OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors)
Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API)
Agile development experience
Ability to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to both technical and non-technical people
