What We\'re Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of current or recent professional automotive technician experience
- MUST be actively working as an automotive technician or have recent shop experience
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
- Proven repair quality and efficiency
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Desire to continue learning and growing
- Valid driver\'s license
Preferred
- ASE Certifications
- ADAS experience
- Advanced drivability diagnostic experience
