We''re looking for a Program Manager who gets genuine satisfaction from making a team hum. You''ll serve as the operational backbone of the System Intelligence Program, a shared resource for all pod leads and the Program Lead. You don''t need to own the strategy: you need to own the execution infrastructure that makes strategy real.
But this isn''t a traditional coordination role. Your job isn''t just to run the operating rhythm; it''s to build a system that outlasts you. By the end of your contract, you''ll have designed and piloted AI-driven coordination workflows, documented what stays human-owned and why, and produced a playbook that other teams can adopt.
What we''re looking for
Track record of driving alignment and outcomes across multiple teams without direct authority: influencing, being firm with requests, and ensuring follow-through History of building structure and process in environments that didn''t have it, in ambiguous, fast-moving conditions Strong written and verbal communication: you''ll write status reports, playbooks, and stakeholder comms constantly, and influence senior leaders Systems-thinking orientation: you see your job as building the machine, not being it Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize or redesign workflows and drive measurable impact
