What does a successful Senior .NET Developer ?

As a key member of the team, you will design and build cutting-edge solutions using the latest .NET technologies, including .NET 8 and Blazor. You'll tackle complex challenges in distributed systems, logging, and metrics environments while creating software that integrates seamlessly with batch and mainframe systems. Your work will drive compliance, interoperability, and business-critical integrations.

What you will do:

Architect and develop a modern platform by consolidating legacy systems and outdated codebases.

Reverse-engineer and decompile applications with limited or no source code.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Design scalable technology architectures and lead implementation of business initiatives.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across multiple applications and teams,

Analyze complex problems, evaluate business and system processes, and recommend best practices.

Contribute to planning, backlog management, and on-call support for mission-critical systems.

What you need to have:

10+ years of professional software development experience.

6+ years of experience designing and implementing web services using .NET, REST, SOAP, Swagger, and OpenAPl.

Strong front-end development experience with Blazor and other MVVM/SPA frameworks (eg., Angular, Knockout.js, jQuery)

Proficiency with data exchange formats (JSON, XML, RDF)

Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases and messaging/queuing technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ).

* Proven technical leadership in .NET, C#, and application development.

Experience integrating applications with diverse data processing and persistence technologies.

Familiarity with Fiserv platforms (preferred):

What would be great to have:

Knowledge of testing methodologies (TDD, BDD) and frameworks (NUnit, Selenium, Cucumber).

Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Kubernetes, Tanzu, AWS, Azure).

Track record of managing and delivering successful projects in complex environments.
