Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ Administration
Deep understanding of messaging concepts and patterns
HA/DR implementation experience
MQ Security (TLS, CHLAUTH, OAM)
Linux/Unix system administration
Production support & incident management experience

Good to Have

IBM MQ on OpenShift / Kubernetes
Cloud experience (AWS / Azure)
WebSphere Application Server integration
Observability tools (Splunk, Datadog)
Automation & scripting expertise

Certifications (Preferred)

IBM Certified System Administrator – MQ
Red Hat OpenShift Certification
Cloud Certifications (AWS preferred)
