5+ years of hands-on Workday development experience supporting Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Recruiting, and Workday Benefits.
Strong experience building and maintaining Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors (CCB), PICOF, and PECI.
Proven ability to design and support integrations using XML, XSLT 3.0, SOAP/REST APIs, and Workday Web Services.
Strong reporting expertise including Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, BIRT reporting, and Workday Prism Analytics.
Experience developing and supporting billing reports, invoicing, self-billing, premium billing, carrier billing, billing reconciliation, and premium reconciliation, ideally within an insurance, group insurance, group benefits, or benefits administration environment.
Hands-on experience supporting Workday security, including Business Process Framework (BPF), security policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).
Experience supporting Workday releases and upgrades (e.g., WD29, WD30) including regression testing, release management, and feature adoption.
Experience leading Workday implementation activities, enhancements, and ongoing production support in an Agile environment.
Strong experience performing PeopleSoft-to-Workday data conversions, including migration planning, validation, and reconciliation.
Experience with Taleo-to-Workday integrations is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Workday integration and reporting issues.
Workday certification is preferred but not required.
