About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Generalist or Solution Architect to serve as a key technical problem solver within our organization.

This role is designed for a versatile technology professional who thrives at the intersection of software, business systems, infrastructure, automation, hardware, and emerging technologies.

Unlike traditional specialist roles, this position requires someone who can evaluate complex business and technical challenges holistically, identify gaps between systems, processes, and people, and implement practical solutions regardless of where the problem originates.

You will work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize technology investments, modernize workflows, and drive innovation through automation, AI, and systems integration

Position Overview

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technologist with deep experience across multiple technology disciplines.

You are equally comfortable discussing architecture, troubleshooting integrations, optimizing business systems, automating workflows, or evaluating emerging technologies.

You possess a broad technical foundation, strong business acumen, and the ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies to solve real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Analysis & Solution Design

• Assess existing technology environments, business processes, and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.


• Analyze systems from technical, operational, compliance, and user-experience perspectives.


• Develop practical solutions that align business objectives with technology capabilities.


• Document workflows, integrations, and system dependencies to support scalability and optimization.

Technology Integration & Development

• Design, develop, and implement solutions across multiple technology domains.


• Build and maintain integrations between business applications, ERP platforms, databases, cloud services, and third-party systems.


• Develop custom applications, scripts, automations, and workflow enhancements.


• Support data migration, transformation, synchronization, and reporting initiatives.


• Write clean, maintainable code using Python, JavaScript, SuiteScript, and other technologies as required.


• Quickly learn and adopt new platforms, frameworks, and tools based on business needs.

Business Systems & Enterprise Applications

• Configure, customize, and optimize ERP, SaaS, and commercial software platforms.


• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.


• Improve system adoption, workflow automation, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.


• Support implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of enterprise business systems.

Infrastructure & Technology Operations

• Collaborate with IT and operations teams to evaluate infrastructure, networking, security, and platform requirements.


• Recommend and implement solutions that improve reliability, scalability, and performance.


• Assist with system architecture decisions and technology roadmaps.


• Troubleshoot complex cross-functional technical issues spanning multiple systems and environments.

AI, Automation & Emerging Technologies

• Evaluate and implement AI, machine learning, and automation technologies to improve business processes.


• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation tools, and modern APIs to increase operational efficiency.


• Develop AI-assisted workflows, reporting tools, document processing solutions, and business intelligence capabilities.


• Stay current with emerging technology trends and identify opportunities to create measurable business value.

Strategic Consulting & Cross-Functional Leadership

• Act as an internal technology consultant across departments.


• Provide guidance on architecture, vendor selection, system implementation, and build-versus-buy decisions.


• Communicate technical concepts and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Influence technology strategy through practical experience and systems-thinking.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on technical experience spanning at least three of the following areas:

• Software Development & Application Design


• Hardware Systems Design


• ERP / Business Systems


• Networking & IT Infrastructure


• E-Commerce Platforms

Financial or Operational Systems

• Strong experience developing solutions using Python and JavaScript.


• Experience configuring, customizing, and supporting ERP, SaaS, or commercial software platforms.


• Proven success integrating disparate systems through APIs, middleware, EDI, automation tools, and custom solutions.


• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies across diverse environments.


• Experience working within startup, growth-stage, or highly dynamic organizations.


• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, NLP, or intelligent automation solutions.


• Experience with NetSuite, ERP platforms, CRM systems, or enterprise applications.


• Knowledge of cloud technologies, databases, data engineering, and modern integration frameworks.


• Familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO, SOX, FDA, GAMP, ITIL, or similar frameworks.


• Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or product development experience.


• Exposure to hardware systems, R&D environments, or technology-enabled manufacturing operations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in dermatology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated marketing environments


• Familiarity with compliance/regulatory review processes for marketing content


• Knowledge of AI-assisted tools and Development workflows


• Experience creating patient/provider-facing marketing materials
