Looking for Communications Specialist T2 (US Remote)

Job Title: Communications Specialist

Expectations & Tasks
Oversee the planning and execution of the internal communication strategy for the SAP BTM GTM organization, aligning communication priorities and translate them into clear, actionable initiatives
Advise on and shape future creative communication formats tailored to the needs of different employee groups
Establish ongoing feedback loop on the key communication formats and deliverables and drive continuous improvement
Develop and manage a regular communication calendar for organization wide internal communications, coordinating with business owners as well as communication leads across SAP BTM Product organizations and the broader SAP ecosystem
Own the end to end execution of quarterly All Employee meetings, including scheduling, content planning, dry runs, technical setup, and live execution
Lead content coordination for key quarterly written communications, such as financial updates, employee newsletters, and other strategic communications
Support internal SharePoint maintenance, including coordination with content owners and regular updates
