We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong hands-on experience in Supply Chain Management, Infor LN ERP integration and implementation, and Agile Project Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent IT projects, particularly in manufacturing and supply chain environments.
The candidate must possess a strong technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver complex technology initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple IT projects.
- Manage Infor LN ERP integration and implementation initiatives within supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
- Apply Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor project progress and communicate status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders.
- Manage scope changes, resource capacity, and project priorities.
