Position: Python Developer
Location: Bay Area
Duration: 12 Months plus
Project Description:

• We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in backend development, APIs, databases, and cloud environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance solutions.

Duties:

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient Python code
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Work with frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for performance and scalability
• Implement security and data protection measures
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and QA teams
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python
• Experience with frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and Microservices architecture
• Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL) and ORM libraries
• Experience with Git version control
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Google Cloud Platform / Azure)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asynchronous programming
• Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
• Exposure to DevOps practices
• Understanding of design patterns and system architecture
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environment

Education

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
