1 year+ extension

-3 to 5 years exp in Firewalls domain knowledge
-Certifications: PCNSA, PCNSE. Pref is PAN Firewall. If not PAN firewall then Cisco firewall experience WITH CCIE certificate.

MUST to share a screen shot of the certificate and it will be submitted along with the resume. It will help to get interview quickly.
-Network engineers or Network Admins who have strong customer facing experience also works
-Ex-PAN are fine as long as they have fulfilled their cool-off period and have good recommend
-This is a POST-Sales role.
-Work with 6-7 customers which are high-touch; be able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Be very confident.

At least 5 accounts/customers.

Influence to get customers buy more features and enhancements of the products that has been sold.

There is a separate sales team.
-Recognizes alerts/cases with the customers and direct to correct team for action/resolution.

-Need to drive product adoption for NGFW
-Comfortable dealing with escalations, talking to various levels of teams and people bottom to top
-3 rounds of interviews 30 mins each. First with hiring manager, 2nd is technical round and 3rd presentation round. (There will be a panel presentation required that candidates need to make around a features of the firewall that they are comfortable talking about and how they would go about presenting to a customers)
