Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IBM Middleware Engineer to manage, support, and optimize IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong middleware, OpenShift/Kubernetes, automation, monitoring, and production support experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and administer IBM BAW and CP4BA environments.
- Manage middleware components across OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.
- Perform monitoring, health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Support patches, upgrades, deployments, and production releases.
- Automate deployment and environment management using Jenkins, Ansible, or scripting.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Support HA/DR, security, and middleware reliability requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on IBM BAW/BPM production support experience.
- Experience with IBM CP4BA, preferably on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong WebSphere/Liberty and middleware administration experience.
- Experience with MQ, databases, LDAP, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD and automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance-tuning skills.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or OpenTelemetry.
- Understanding of high availability and disaster recovery.
