Summary

BPM Experience: 10+ years of experience in working as a BPM Pega Lead Architect with Pega project experience. Experience/Expertise:

1. Owns the product - Provides technical leadership of the development in Pega and along with complete hands-on expertise.

2. Is knowledgeable enough to do the work and instruct/lead others on data model, security, reporting, performance, case life cycle, case hierarchy, UX/UI, error handling, and infrastructure.

3. Mentors the development team and instills best practices within the development team.

4. Leads quality checking and improves overall testing.

5. Prevents/catches errors/defects going into QA - reduce defect rate

6. Prevents/eliminates production errors with production releases with forethought in how bug fixes and enhancements impact other application functionality.

7. Has the technical capability to lead development of brand new workflows.

8. Is Pega Lead Solution Architect certified.

9. Designs, optimizes and matures the Decisioning Framework, including design principles, across multiple product, segment and channel touchpoints, in the context of multiple off-line and real-time data inputs

10.Translates business briefs, change requests and scenario requirements into omni-channel design briefs and decisioning tool configuration settings;

11. Supports Commercial Managers in formulating decisioning opportunities, including design, training and support and interpreting actuals vs expectations, especially while maturing the processes;

12 Works closely with relevant teams to ensure delivery of these components, and recommends Decision System Lead involvement where deemed necessary;

13. Holds accountability for the quality of assets implemented by the Decision Strategy Designers
