Summary

Position Title: Oracle Retail ERP Developer (Retails Applications)

Location: Coppell, TX or Akron, OH - hybrid

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle ERP Developer with strong expertise in Oracle Retail ERP applications (preferably Version 13) to support and enhance mission-critical retail systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical experience in Oracle Retail modules and strong backend development skills in Oracle technologies. This role requires hands-on development, production support, integration development, batch cycle management, and system enhancements across retail enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle Retail ERP applications.
Work extensively with the following Oracle Retail modules: RMS (Retail Merchandising System), RPM (Retail Price Management), MFP (Merchandise Financial Planning), Invoice Matching.
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, Pro*C programs, Shell scripts for batch processing.
Support and manage Batch cycles and job scheduling, Production support and issue resolution, System integrations and APIs.
Develop and support Java-based web services, ETL processes and data transformations, WebLogic Server deployments and configurations
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Oracle Retail ERP (Version 13 preferred).
Deep expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports, PL/SQL development, Pro*C programming & Unix/Linux shell scripting.
