QA Lead

Job Title: QA Lead

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Selenium automation. The candidate will lead QA activities, define test strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA team and oversee end-to-end testing activities

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

• Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards

• Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

• Track defects and ensure timely resolution

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation

• Experience in Java-based automation frameworks

• Good understanding of SDLC and STLC

• Experience in leading QA teams

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Nice to Have:

• CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, Git)

• API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured)
