Salesforce Architect
Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Preferred)
Duration: 6–12 Month Contract

Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Architect to support a growing healthcare organization focused on improving patient access, operational efficiency, and data visibility across enterprise systems. This individual will lead the architectural design and optimization of Salesforce solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle workflows.
This role will partner closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, and integration teams to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce implementations in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and oversee Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud environments
Lead system integration strategy between Salesforce and EMR/EHR platforms, billing systems, and internal data warehouses
Define data models, security models, and governance standards aligned with HIPAA and healthcare compliance requirements
Provide architectural guidance to developers, admins, and analysts
Optimize automation using Flow, Apex (as needed), and integration middleware tools
Evaluate current Salesforce configuration and recommend enhancements for scalability and performance
Support enterprise reporting strategy and data integrity initiatives
Participate in roadmap planning and long-term Salesforce strategy
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Salesforce experience, including 2+ years in an architect or senior-level design role
Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture best practices and system scalability
Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, billing, patient engagement platforms)
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data governance
Experience with APIs, middleware tools (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and data migration strategies
Salesforce certifications (Architect track preferred, but not required)
Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Experience
Health Cloud implementation experience
Experience in enterprise healthcare organizations
Familiarity with revenue cycle management systems
Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
