Senior SharePoint Developer

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team in Atlanta!

In this role, you will work on both the front-end configuration and back-end customization of key business systems, helping us maintain, test, and elevate our SharePoint ecosystem.

Position Details

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Telework / In-Office split)
• Location: Atlanta, GA (Metro Atlanta locals only)
• Interview Process: Web Cam Interview Only
• Eligibility: s -Permanent Residents (Requires a State Tax Clearance Letter at submission and background/fingerprint clearance upon hire)

Key Skills We Are Looking For

To be successful in this position, you should bring:

• SharePoint Expert: 5+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying web-based SharePoint applications.
• SharePoint Designer: 5+ years of deep experience programming with SharePoint Designer.
• The Developer Toolkit: Solid experience with SharePoint Foundation-based workflows, along with custom development. Any experience with .NET coding (C#, VB.Net) is highly desired!
• Systems Familiarity: Prior experience or familiarity with Lanteria HR Software is a major plus.
• Certified Pro: Must hold a current Microsoft SharePoint Development Certification (to be submitted with your application).
• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day

• Design, build, and maintain critical components of our software suite using SharePoint Foundation.
• Work directly with COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) software to perform back-end coding and front-end configurations.
• Translate business needs into real-world software designs-from prototyping and testing to final deployment.
• Build out and automate custom workflows to streamline team operations.
• Partner and consult with key stakeholders daily to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems.
