SAP Senior Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an SAP Senior Consultant in Tampa, FL.

Overview:
We are seeking an SAP Senior Consultant to serve as a strategic partner to the business and IT teams. This role will drive improvements across supply chain planning, production scheduling, order management, and logistics processes while supporting modernization and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the SAP Supply Chain SME for stakeholders and project teams
* Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design SAP solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
* Configure, support, and enhance SAP planning and execution solutions
* Lead or support projects, testing, training, documentation, and post-production support
* Develop functional specifications, test scripts, process documentation, and solution recommendations
* Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and support partners to deliver enhancements and issue resolution
* Recommend process improvements, technology investments, and best practices

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Extensive experience with SAP APO, including PP/DS, ePPDS, heuristics, PDS, GATP, and MPS
* Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
* Experience with SAP integrations, APIs, BAPIs, RFCs, SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft, and related technologies
* Experience working within Agile environments and cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of integrated supply chain processes, planning, forecasting, inventory, and logistics
* Strong functional design, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills
* Strong communication, problem-solving, business partnership, collaboration, accountability, and change management skills
* Ability to simplify complex processes and drive continuous improvement
* Ability to analyze planning processes and assess APO to S/4HANA process impacts
* SAP IBP experience preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
